At ANNE WILLI, delivery is free to France and Europe for all orders over €200.

For orders of a lower amount the following fees apply

• Paris: Free
• France: €10
• Europe (Switzerland included): €16
• Rest of the World: €35

For any delivery outside the European Union, possible customs clearance taxes are to be expected upon delivery. These taxes are the responsibility of the Customer.

Our items are sent in an ANNE WILLI bag, if you wish the labels to be removed please indicate this when validating the basket.

Returns and exchanges:

Items that have not been worn or used can be returned with tags and invoice for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. The eligibility of returns is at the discretion of the store managers. Items not eligible for return that are returned to us will be returned to the sender.

Delivery costs will be refunded to you, but any return costs will be your responsibility.
